1 About Blue Lantern
Blue Lantern LLC, doing business as Blue Lantern Co. ("Blue Lantern," "we," "us" and "our"), operates bluelanternco.com. These Terms describe the conditions for using our store and placing orders with us. Please review them together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy before ordering.
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Blue Lantern is your point of contact for purchases made through our store, including products fulfilled by a supplier. Questions can be sent to support@bluelanternco.com.
2 Using our store
You must have the legal capacity to place an order and authorize its payment. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information, and let us know promptly if an order detail is incorrect. If you create an account, keep your login information secure and contact us if you believe it has been used without your permission.
Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, harmful code or interference with other customers or the operation of the store. We may restrict access to address misuse, subject to applicable law. Restricting access does not remove rights attached to an existing order.
3 Product information and availability
Please review the product description, condition, measurements, compatibility information and included components before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Ask us about any important detail that is unclear.
We work to keep product information, availability and prices accurate. If an error or stock problem affects your order, we will contact you about the available next steps. We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will arrange the refund required by applicable law.
4 Prices and payment
Review the currency, item prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes and total shown at checkout before submitting your order. Use a payment method you are authorized to use. Prices may change for future orders; a later price change does not by itself change an order already placed.
We may decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be authorized, the order is fraudulent or unlawful, or the requested product cannot be supplied. We will contact you when appropriate and return payments as required by law. An automated order message confirms receipt of your order; it does not promise that an unavailable item can be supplied.
Shipping and returns
5 Fulfillment and delivery
Products produced or shipped by Blue Lantern Co. dispatch within two business days. We ship these items within the contiguous United States. Dispatch means the item is sent out; it is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.
Supplier-fulfilled products have their own processing and delivery times. Refer to the individual product page for the supplier’s shipping estimates. If an estimate is not listed, contact us before placing your order. Available destinations depend on the product and supplier; check the product information and shipping availability at checkout.
Orders containing items from Blue Lantern and one or more suppliers may arrive in separate packages and at different times. If we cannot meet an applicable shipment promise, we will provide the notices, choices and refunds required by law. Shipping estimates do not remove those rights.

6 Free 30 day returns
You may request a free return for a full refund within 30 days after delivery, including for a change of mind. This applies to all products purchased from bluelanternco.com, regardless of who fulfills the order. Normal use is allowed. Items with intentional damage or missing parts are not eligible under this 30-day return policy.
To start a return, follow the current instructions in our Return and Refund Policy. You can also contact support@bluelanternco.com for help. Blue Lantern will coordinate the return, provide the appropriate return address and instructions, and arrange free return shipping. For supplier-fulfilled items, we coordinate directly with the supplier so you do not have to arrange the return yourself.
We do not charge a restocking fee or deduct return shipping from your refund. Supplier fees or a supplier’s refusal to accept an otherwise eligible return do not reduce your refund under our policy; Blue Lantern covers those costs.
Your refund includes the full item price and the original standard shipping charge. If you paid for expedited shipping, only the additional expedited upgrade portion is excluded. Return shipping remains free.

7 Order changes and problems
Contact support@bluelanternco.com promptly if you need to request an order change or cancellation, or if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete. We will check the order’s fulfillment status and explain the available options. A requested change may not be possible after fulfillment has begun. This does not limit your return rights or any cancellation rights provided by law.

8 Privacy and Shopify

Shopify hosts our store and processes personal information to operate and improve the shopping services. Information submitted to the store is shared with Shopify and service providers, which may be located in other countries. As explained in our Privacy Policy, Shopify also processes information for enhanced features supporting our business, including information from interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify.

Depending on your location, you can exercise applicable choices and rights through https://privacy.shopify.com/en and the choices described in our Privacy Policy. These Terms do not replace that policy or provide consent where separate consent is required.
9 Store content and outside links
Store text, branding, images and other content are owned by Blue Lantern or used with permission from their respective owners. You may use the store for its intended shopping purposes. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit protected store content without the relevant owner’s permission, except where the law allows it.
The store may link to services or websites operated by other companies. Review their own terms and privacy information before using them. A supplier fulfilling an order placed with Blue Lantern does not change our responsibility to honor our published shipping and return commitments.
10 Your rights and our commitments
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, warranties, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Our published return promise is an additional commitment and does not replace applicable consumer protections. Product-specific information and warranties remain subject to applicable law.
Please contact support@bluelanternco.com if a problem arises so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us is not a condition that prevents you from using another remedy available under applicable law.
11 Updates and policy conflicts
We may revise these Terms for future use of the store and future orders, with the updated version and its effective date posted here. A later revision will not retroactively reduce rights or promises attached to an earlier order.
If these Terms conflict with our published Shipping Policy or Return and Refund Policy about shipping or returns, the relevant policy controls. Our Privacy Policy controls questions about personal information. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
